Commercial maritime runs on structure— class survey, ISM compliance, documented change control. Nothing of consequence happens on assumption, because the stakes dont allow it. Yachting now carries the same complexities, often with eight or nine figures at stake, but without the same forcing function. Carlin and Company brings that commercial discipline to the owner’s side of the table.

Accountable to one position: the owner’s. No stake in a yards margins, no management companies mandate. The advice is only ever in the owners interest.
